1. Back in court this week was John Galliano, who I have long thought resembles Dick Dastardly.

2. Tony Blair is charging parents £10 for their children to attend his son's birthday party. It's an extra tenner to ask about the decision to invade Iraq.

3. When a friend tells you he has received his estranged wife's divorce petition. apparently it's NOT OKAY to ask "Did she get many signatures?".

5. This little girl just got herself one of them thar university degrees. Her Dad is pretty proud.
